Got it today after 11 days. It’s soft and mushy and the ice pack they put in it was long since melted, not sure if I should eat it or not? I thought it was supposed to be the lean hard type but not so.

I am Italian I grew up on Italian food.  I have wondered a long time what the red stuff is in American made pepperoni.  The taste is OK but not what I was use to.

We make our own pizzas and this pepperoni is a must have.  If you go through the trouble of making pizza, why settle for an inferior topping?  Any leftover pepperoni slices can go in the microwave for a minute or two until crispy.
