The cleaner came with some denture cleaning tablets, which can be misleading. Yes, the tablets clean dentures, but they clean a lot of things without being abrasive. I don't know what these particular tablets are made of, but most are baking soda, citric acid, a surfactant, and a few other items. Lots of arm cheese in between the links. This helped a lot on breaking the gunk down. When I was done all the gunk was in the bottom of the soapy water. Also worked awesome on my sunglasses. Gets the gunk out in the crevices you can get to with a cloth. And the lenses came out crystal clear with no smudges. I suggest getting some micro fiber cloths to dry with afterwards.
