It was bigger than expected and very comfortably fits all my clothes with room to spare. The assembly was pretty easy, though some parts either aren’t labeled or hard to read. (You very much can guess what parts are what based on the instruction manual) Over all very happy. We did end up snapping a joint in assembly (we were dumb, it’s not a quality issue) and customer service had 3 replacements shipped in 20 min. Highly recommend, especially for the price

**Q: Are there any tricks/suggestions for making the hanging rod a bit more sturdy to handle a little more extra weight without collapsing?**
A: Yes absolutely, you can use tigh wire , or just a paper tape or packing tape or it will be stable and strong.. Thanks ..Maribel

**Q: Is there anywhere that I can locate a replacement part? The bottom corner piecce came cracked and when we tried to put it together it fell apart .**
A: Good luck! Mine arrived missing many connectors. The company messaged me and promised to send replacements, immediately. It has been over a month. I have looked in craft and hardware stores...nothing will work. My suggestion: junk it and purchase from another manufacturer.

**Q: The bottom middle shelf arrived torn is it possible to get a replacement shelf? I sent an email about a week ago but have not received a reply.**
A: My closet came with no flaws so I haven't had to report any issues.  However, I would definitely request a replacement or a refund if it had.

**Q: Real hanging area dimentions, please.  height" x width" x depth?  the customer responders area all over the place, from 17"w-32"w...what is it really?**

Provides a lot of storage space. Great value for the money. Decent quality. The rods are made of plastic so be careful when putting it together because I accidentally cracked one of the rods. I’m a little rough on things so furniture that’s made of wood and metal is better for me personally, just be careful because like I said, the rods are just plastic.
