Ie if Ego says 45 min runtime, budget about 34 mins **Q: Does ego make a 4ah battery? Can’t find it in their store** A: I believe the closest one is a 4.5 amp hour battery. **Q: Battery came with Security device attached to plastic cover. Do not purchase from this seller. Purchase a new battery, received open stock damaged item. Seller refuses to submit prepaid return postage. Their last response July 20, 202 (see attach ).....they only accept return of NEW UNIT, knowing a customer purchased a brand new battery for a snow blower July 6th delivered July 10th (received damaged item) Open a case with Amazon the same date of delivery July 10th. Guess snow is falling in Toronto the month of July for the seller only accepting new unit, open service ticket. This is proof the seller knowledging they did not mailed a new unit to the customer. Buyers do not purchase from this company. Now I am in a battle to get my refund and the seller pickup return.
