I don't know if there's an attachment for cavatelli. I know there is an attachment for ravioli. Hope this helps... **Q: How do you clean this properly?** A: Just wipe it off with a paper towel. From what I have read about it don't get it wet. I've used mine quite a few times and cleaning it with a towel works fine **Q: Can I use this for fondant?** A: I believe you can.
