This Bosch has mixed everything from bread dough, cake batter, cookie dough, and whipped cream to perfection. The splash guard works great, it gives me easy access to add ingredients instead of moving the tilt head multiple times. The motor isn't as noisy as the other stand mixers, and this baby has more than enough power to mix the stiffest doughs with ease. I have found it much easier to clean than other stand mixers, but what impresses me the most is how powerful it is. I've been baking for 40+ years, and I've never come across a stand mixer that can outperform this. It was an expensive investment for me but it's worth every penny. I highly recommend this!!
