I got the lemon ginger flavor and liked it. I know it has health benefits but i was looking for something cool and sparkley to drink without sugar. I ordered the lemonade and also the raspberry lemonade. They are both delicious. Price is also decent. I will buy more flavors to try. Not sure about the health benefits . I take a probiotic anyway and dont have issues but seems to be a quality beverage based on other reviews.
