Review: Still spirits is a good product line. I know, as I have used many of their products already, including the T500 a number of times. The truth is, the Turbo carbon is just another layer towards a finished product that is not all that necessary to arrive at the same high quality end result. If you were were to take any HIGH quality turbo yeast and ferment it completely over a 2 week span, rack it off the primary yeast bed(This is a must), THEN clear it with Kieselsol and chitosan and let it sit for another week or two until it is cleared, After this, rack it again and let sit for another couple weeks for it to be absolutely pure and see through. You must have a fully cleared wash to distill or else you will get more unwanted off flavors in the distillation. Ensure you remove the first 2 and a half cups of distillate for the best and purest end product. This is also a MUST. Do not be fooled by taking only 40 ounces off or even 250 for that matter. Once you are distilling, remove the first 2 cups at the very minimum. Just some suggestions on making the best product. You have to be patient during the clearing process and your altitude will affect how long it takes to clear and ferment.

A: Unfortunately this isn't designed to be used with wine, this would likely strip some of your flavors from your wine.

**Q: Does this contain activated charcoal?**
A: This does contain activated carbon yes.

A: One pack will work with up to 6.5 total gallons - so 1 for your 5 gallon mash.

**Q: How late can you add to the mash?  I know the instructions say with the yeast but can it be added a few days later?**

Still spirits is a good product line. I know, as I have used many of their products already, including the T500 a number of times.
