They are made of great quality ingredients. Would I call it healthy like the way they say? Perhaps if you compare them to all the cheap ramen out there, then yes! Think you are paying for fresh air-dried noodles. DELICIOUS 😋

I added a soft boiled egg to some (for additional protein), crunchy chili onion sprinkle (for an extra kick), as well as sesame seeds to garnish. While those are great additions, the noodles are full of flavor and don't necessarily need them. The quality is wonderful and the noodles have a fantastic texture. Each flavor packet is delicious. These are great for a quick lunch or as part of a bigger dinner. Definitely check them out.

I eat a ton of ramen noodles. My work day starts early so I want a quick lunch and a nap when I get home. If I can make this meal healthier, I will and these are a somewhat healthier alternative. They taste great, the texture is fantastic and I think they're absolutely worth the price. I add a lot of stuff on top of the flavor packet. Hot honey and mushrooms make these even better. I have these on subscription and this company hasn't let me down which is a big plus. Other companies can't seem to keep up with demand but these show up like clockwork.
