It has an artificial taste and this monk fruit extract is something you have to get used to, which takes time. Before this, I was using another brand but that one was expensive. Twice as expensive at this, so I found this alternative. At just $10 and has solely monk fruit extract and no other ingredients, it was a no brained with me. This is a good healthy alternative for people with diabetes or trying to cut out sugar. It doesn't spike your sugar drastically like regular sugar. Like I said, it something you have to get used to but after you do, you get used to the taste and this becomes your go to substitute for regular sugar. Honestly I like it. It took a bit of getting used to but I take this if I travel so I can have sugar instead of getting sugar packets. Pretty good buy for the price point and just being only monk fruit. One thing i will say about this that I don't like is that it's very powdery and doesn't mix well.
