**Q: How can you tell what size can this is ?How can you tell what size can this is ? Need to know as I am buying a cheese dispenser**
A: 6 or 7 lbs   but the Ortega is better tasting to me (a bit pricer though).  I tried this because of the emphasis on Jalepeno....however I quickly reverted to the Ortega

**Q: Can it be frozen if not used entirely?**
A: I have frozen several different types of canned cheese, including this particular brand, in one quart plastic tubs with lids for up to 3 months at a time with no issues. The quality was just fine when thawed. Maybe others have had issues but I haven't.

**Q: What is the expiration date?**
A: 2024

**Q: Does this have chunks of   Jalapeños  in it?**
