Thank you.** A: I can see why you asked since the description doesn't really describe the difference. From the pictures, I would say that the 700 (which is what I got) is fatter than the 705. I find that the 700 works for me but if I had it to do over, I would get the 705. That said, the 700 is fairly compressible so it is not uncomfortable. I usually use it in the car. **Q: Can you use it in a car?** A: If you already have a car with a lumbar type seat, this model will probably be too thick.
