As anybody in the trade can attest, Allen's don't break, they go missing, making your warranty worthless. Those sleeves are all florescent making them great to find when you drop them or absentmindedly set them somewhere with low light, and unlike paint, they take one hell of a beating. The forming on the hex themselves make them worth it 100%. They are great at getting out screwed up bolts that my allen sockets cannot get out.
