Review: Expensive but a great individual flavour - I saw this in a restaurant and wanted to try it as I’d never heard of it. Thanks to desertcart it arrived the next day. Beautiful bottle but note the liqueur is white not blue. It tastes similar to gin in a way but not as sharp. I tried it with tonic to start and will try with Prosecco which I’m sure will be lovely too. It’s lightly citrus and slightly herby but not too much, a slight bitterness like Campari is but again not as much. Similar to triple sec in a way. It’s not sweet which is good. It has a flavour all of its own. Only 20%. Great as an aperitif! Downside it is expensive but I don’t think you’d want a lot of it, more as an aperitif.

I saw this in a restaurant and wanted to try it as I’d never heard of it. Thanks to Amazon it arrived the next day. Beautiful bottle but note the liqueur is white not blue. Delicious. We’d never tried this before but took a risk and we’re glad we did. Lovely lemon and ‘aromatic’ flavour. It’s subtle and not overwhelming but you can taste it. Gorgeous in fizz - we will buy another bottle next summer
