This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements. I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle). I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it. I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price.
