It has very very dark chocolate, almost bitter, taste. Had to add sweetener, Hard to dissolve with just spoon stirring it in, kind like cocoa powder the way it just floated on the surface. Guess it needs a blender. I have IBS so maybe that’s why it gave me bad reaction. Had some bms first day, second day had full blown attack, stomach cramps, nausea, the runs, complete emptying. in the bathroom for about 2 hours straight. Sorry to be graphic but if you have IBS use less than a half scoop. Use caution, or don’t use..

I like it. I’m down 30lbs. I put it in my coffee when I get up and I don’t get hungry for a long time. Works great at suppressing appetite. I’ve been able to go 24hrs without food several times, couple times I just went on a 48, usually I fast 18:6 but I’ve breezed past 18 a few times and haven’t even noticed. I’m using this twice a day, once when I get up and then one more time halfway thru the day. I was apprehensive because most of the negative reviews complained about flavor, but I think it’s fine. I just add a scoop to a cup of black coffee, tastes good to me. I’ve never tried it in plain water so don’t know about that. It’s worth the money for sure, I’m totally satisfied with it, and the results!
