(7'6" 141 lbs) hips 41" - I purchased a large on purpose because I wanted to err on the side of caution. I could have done with a MED perhaps. Friends say it's good :) These are flattering, comfortable, and there is coverage - so much so that I will wear these all around a cruise ship next month.
