There's generally no medicine available for kids under 4, except for Tylenol and Ibuprofen, but this all-natural remedy has come in handy at our house. I particularly like the night version because it helps make my kids drowsy (although we use the normal cough syrup during the day). The Zarbee cough syrups use a honey base, so a teaspoon is a nice dose of sugar that might not otherwise promote sleep.
