Review: At first it was hard to figure out, had Language issues. Then in some cases if you select the language Chinese showed up in the menu. BUT it worked great once that was figured out. Google translate is my friend. Moving forward I was able to use this flow meter and get it to work real easy. I would recommend this product. and watch the videos, email manufacture like I did and the response was excellent. One issue I did was get rid of the chain support and use velcro large straps. easier to work with.
Review: The product works very well. The magnetic transducers make it easy when working ductile iron piping. When I thought I had problems, the customer service was very good. The only downside I would have is resetting the totalizer. I wish it were a button instead of a M function. I would buy again.

The measurable flow speed ranges from 0.1m/s to 6m/s, and the flow rate needs to be calculated based on the diameter of the pipeline, and the pipeline needs to be full.

**Q: Is the batery replacable and where would I send it to calibrate it**
A: The battery of this ultrasonic flowmeter is a Ni-MH rechargeable battery with a service life of 1-2 years and does not support replacement. If you need it, you can search for "3.6V 2000mAh Ni-MH Battery" to buy.
As for calibration, the machine is already calibrated at the factory and does not need to be calibrated.

**Q: will it give instant readings GPM on the handheld or do i need softwear?**
A: Hello, the handheld flowmeter will display the real-time reading of GPM, but if you need the measurement data in the past period of time, you need to use the software.

At first it was hard to figure out, had Language issues. Then in some cases if you select the language Chinese showed up in the menu. BUT it worked great once that was figured out.
