They've made up a term 'Curcumin Complex' which consists of an unknown amount of curcumin extract (95%) and organic turmeric (about 2-4% curcumin), waved a magic wand, and asked customers to believe the whole thing is curcumin. The website has an answer to this question: "NatureWise Certified Organic Curcumin with 95% curcuminoids packs 750mg of Organic Curcumin into each capsule." Uh, that's mathematically impossible unless they get to redefine what curcumin means. Stay far away. **Q: the heading reads, "1650 mg" yet the bottle says 1500mg and 140mg of ginger which doesnt even add up tp 1650mg of anything?** A: 1500 (curcumin)+140(ginger)+10(bioperne)=1650. So that looks like it adds up to me. I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks. I take two capsules with food and i can feel it kick in (pain goes away) in about 15 minutes, similar to the effect I get from ibuprofin(Advil). It feels like it reduces inflammation in my body as well. I have not tried any other brand of curcumin, but all I can say is that his is working very well for me. **Q: How much of an turmeric root is in the capsule? this products list it all together. it is possible that it is mostly root and 100 mg or less extract.** A: It should be noted that they list 500mg of the extract on the amazon images now. It was not on my last bottle, but apparently they changed it? Pretty obvious to see on the images here. It means there is about 167mg per capsule I guess?
