A little delay in shipping, but that had nothing to do with them. I was given constant updates. The bike arrived in perfect condition, easy to assemble, clear instructions and great looking. Battery was already partially charged so we were able to give it a test run right away. It runs smoothly, nice and quiet, easy to use. The display takes some getting used to, but is easy to figure out once you're in. Love the turn signals for added safety. My son has been using the bike every day to get back and forth to work, as well as ride around town. Has no issues with it.
