I reordered a specific one for a handheld shower which was perfect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well at softening our hard water *by T***F on 11 July 2026* This is the second weAQUa Plus shower filter we have had and now have them on both showers. We live in an area of incredibly hard water that leaves your skin feeling very dry and your hair feeling brittle after a normal shower flow. Once we attached the shower filter it made a huge difference straight away. My skin feels softer and doesn’t have quite the same urgency for moisturiser. Shampoo and soap lather up more easily and you don’t need to use as much so saving money in that respect. I appreciate the fact that it comes with a spare cartridge though these are also readily available to purchase moving forwards and they are very easy to fit. Fitting the shower filter was straightforward and the plumbing tape was definitely needed. It did leak around the middle initially but this has settled down . Due to the filter being made of plastic it is light weight the filter cartridge is weighty.
