Shipping is typical overseas so it takes a minute but customer service was great and hella fast when I messaged to check my order status. Wore these out to a bar over the weekend and felt fierce af. The style got a ton of compliments. Managed to wear them for about 7 hours. Feet were pretty sore after but I’m sure an insole would help (or just don’t wear them so long). I didn’t fall on my ass and they didn’t break on the dance floor so that’s probably a plus. Would definitely buy a second pair. I went two sizes larger than my usual size and the fit works but I kinda wish they came in half sizes. The extra space will will pry be filled in by an insole if I get one. **update** after about two nights out the heel itself has gotten pretty banged up. I wouldn’t say I was overly rough with it. I still think this is a fantastic product but the lack of ability to handle general wear and tear is definitely kind of a disappointment. I have dropped my rating to a 4 (maybe a 3) star.
