For one thing, they're pillow SHAMS not pillowcases. The fabric is so thin you can see through it. See through it to the awful grey other side of the white/yellow floral. (Probably my mistake for not looking closer to realize the pattern I liked didn't happen on both sides.) There was a small dye stain one one. And, finally, way WAY too short for my standard pillows. I wish they had spent the money that went into the the "junk" that came with the pillow shams (fancy glossy labels, zippered plastic bag, plastic VIP card - all stuff that goes immediately into a landfill.) into creating a better quality product.So you get I'm not a happy shopper and won't be back. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2018* Edited my review....changed from 3 to 5 stars because the company contacted me due to the offset print and sent me a new set of pillowcases. Even ironing them using steam and spray starch did not bring them back to the "out of the package" look. I am using these on the couch so I could never use the without ironing them. They seem to have paid more attention to the packaging than to the quality of the material. They also seem a bit short and the flap to keep the pillow from slipping is to narrow as my pillow slips out. I brought two pair of designer pillowcases that need no ironing for less that I paid for these.
