It sticks to the paddle well and doesn’t need to be covered with tape like lead weights do. I also like that it’s lighter per inch so I have more granular control of how much weight I want to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good to add weight *by on Reviewed in Canada 12 August 2025* This is better than the “lead” tape. Works as claimed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ FyI. Great tape overall, but the weight could be off. *by on Reviewed in the United States 22 June 2026* The tape worked great. I got the 1/2 gram per inch. It sticks well and does not move once the tape is in place. That being said, the weight is a bit off. 6 inches of tape should be 3 grams. I like to weigh my tape to be sure and I'm glad I did. 5 inches of tape was 3 grams. So the length to weight ratio is off by a 1/2 an inch.I suppose it's not a huge deal, but if you're particular about your paddle setup like me.You may want to weigh your tape as well. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pickleball Effect Weighted Tungsten Tape for Pickleball Paddles | Non-Toxic & Customizable Alternative of Lead Tape for Pickleball Paddles - JOOLA Pickleball Overgrip - Tacky Feel Premium Synthetic Overgrips - Set of 4 - Pickleball Grip Tape for Any Brand Racket - Anti Slip Pickleball Tape Fits Elongated, Standard & Skinny Handles,White - Franklin Sports X-40 Outdoor Pickleballs - Official Ball of USA Pickleball, APP Tour + Pickleball US Open - 3 Packs, 12 Packs, 36 Pickleball Buckets, 50, 100 + 400 Bulk Packs of Regulation Pickleballs --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/737617674-pickleball-effect-weighted-tungsten-tape-for-pickleball-paddles-non-toxic](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/737617674-pickleball-effect-weighted-tungsten-tape-for-pickleball-paddles-non-toxic) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
