Review: I am really enjoying this angel hair version. Makes 2 servings if not a side dish. - Very great for keto eating as I do, very low carb count. It stays firm when cooked, not mushy. Very easy and fast to prepare, tastes good. It is a different flavor, very similar to artichoke hearts. So if you like them this is similar and is also good with butter, or a pasta sauce. The flavor does not interfere with other flavors. It makes 2 servings if eating as a meal. Could stretch further if a side dish. If you like spaghetti squash this is also worth a try for you, although more expensive, it is shelf stable and good to have on hand. I like the angel hair version more than the spaghetti version although both are good, the smaller strands are a bit more tender. Both are a good purchase though and the spaghetti style comes in a 3 pack so that saves you a little. I do recommend this if you are ok with the price, it allows you to have a version of pasta!
Review: DONT BUY, Past Best Day when they shipped it. - can I give it a zero stars. First, just realized the Best Buy date was before the order date and well before it was delivered. I don't know if that is why it smelled disgusting like it was from the garbage, but it was disgusting odor. Second, disregarding the odor of garbage from the product, the texture of it is like eating strands of celery stalk. I spit it out and dumped it in the trash. If returning it wouldn't have been a hassle, I would have I just didn't want it smelling up the house until I returned it. instead of Natural Heaven Angel, it should say Medusa's Abomination Pasta.

Very great for keto eating as I do, very low carb count. It stays firm when cooked, not mushy. Very easy and fast to prepare, tastes good. It is a different flavor, very similar to artichoke hearts.
