Review: I did not enjoy the taste of these cookies. However after delivery I was so hungry all the time that I ate them anyway. I did not notice an improvement in my breastmilk supply. So I took a star off for each (lack of taste; no help in milk supply). My suggestion in order to improve the flavor is to perhaps add nuts and two include a chocolate chip that doesn’t taste so harsh and dark. In the future I plan to just make my own cookies. It was still a good source of calories.
Review: I really thought they came made already. Either way, they came out great! I keep them in the fridge in an air tight container. Love the taste. It’s only been about a day and a half so not sure how it’s affected my supply. Def lots of fiber. Been gassy.

I didn't know you can make cookies that have such good ingredients, are shelf stable and taste great. I keep them at my bedside table as a nursing snack. Love the texture and flavor and the milk boosting ingredients.
