Absolutely love this it is so much fun to ride on! I bought this for myself, and I am 53 years old. It is super easy to start. I have no issues. ### ⭐ Defective items and poor customer service

The bike was defective. It end up having a bad clutch. I contact the seller who put me in contact with the manufacturer who offered to send me a free clutch to replace myself. I, not being a mechanic, told him I could not do this myself nor could I afford to have someone else do it. He put me back with the seller who didnt follow through with my numerous requests for a replacement and just gave refund. It was great the two times we rode it except the chain popped off numerous times. The handle bars had to continuously be tightened. The clutch was bad. If anyone bigger got on it (under the weight limit) it would make a noise cause the seat would grind.
