No where in the product description does it say it comes with foaming dispenser. Why?** A: Mine did not come that way. I have no idea why yours did. They do make one with a foaming dispenser but not the smaller size bottle. **Q: Is this good to use before surgery. kathy** A: This is a great product to use prior to surgery for cleansing the skin of bacteria. **Q: does this have dye and or fragrance? Many versions have red dye.** A: For what it is worth, you can buy other products that are equivalent that are not red like this one. Hibiclens contains red dye #40. **Q: Does this product have a moisturizer? I am looking for a soap without perfume and moisturizer.** A: It does have a fragrance that is mild. I don't think it specifically has a moisturizer but my hands never feel irritated after using it.
