A: Yes

**Q: If using these in soaps will it stain bathtubs/sinks?**
A: No it doesn't stain. I used it for bath bombs. It does not stain your skin eather.

**Q: Are these safe for eyeshadow?**
A: These are oxides so I would not recommend for makeup matte micas are better for makeup.

**Q: Can these be used for watercolor making?**
A: Yes.

This works very well. I gave it four stars because the red is a brownish red which I do not consider red; however, they all make vivid colors and were well worth the money. I just don't like this particular color of red. I use them in my melt and pour soap and they blended easily after being mixed with rubbing alcohol first.
