But you should be able to use it with any water base paint. **Q: Will this work to make glowing candles?** A: Yes, just mix it the hot wax , I say about 1 scoop per every liter of wax **Q: Can you mix it with concrete before pouring a walkway?** A: Well, you CAN mix with concrete, BUT I don't think you'll get the result you looking for. Light will not penetrate concrete more than a few 1/100th's of an inch. If you're looking for a gently glowing walkway, once you've poured the concrete and it's set up maybe mixing the powder with a clear concrete sealer will give you the result you're looking for. I'd try NO MORE than a small jar of powder mixed with enough sealer for about 10 square feet as a test. If it produces the outcome you want - WINNER! Remember mixing with concrete will NOT do want you want ... testing mixes with a sealer has a good chance.
