To actually stop virus micron size you will either have to invest in a professionally fitted N95 and strictly follow the wearing protocol or to purchase a professionally rated respirator that guarantees to filter micron size of 0.01 or under (such as what virologists use in labs). Do not forget that viruses enter thru mucous membranes and so eye protection (such as goggles) will also be a MUST if you want to be truly protected from anything with a virus micron size.
