A week in, however, and I'm pretty impressed with this thing.I'm not much for yoga props but was looking for something that would improve my flexibility bending backwards. I noticed that I was starting to dread my once-a-week wheel pose and wanted an easier, passive way to stretch my back - especially after work when I don't particularly feel like warming up to wheel. The iExhale yoga wheel is perfect for this. I can just lean back against it and roll out my back or flop backwards over it and stay there for a while. If I'm feeling ambitious, I work on pigeon pose - I can't quite get my elbows down yet, but I'm not sure whether the wheel's just a bit big for me (I'm only 5'2) or my back isn't flexible enough yet. The wheel arrived on Wednesday, and by my Saturday yoga class, my wheel pose was feeling a lot easier and deeper than it had in years. Not bad for half a week of monkeying around for a few minutes at a time on it! I'm pretty sure I sold my teacher and another student on the merits of the yoga wheel, too.I don't know how the iExhale wheel compares to more expensive ones, but it is plenty sturdy for me. Unlike the big inflatable balls, there's not much give to the wheel, so you'll actually get a nice stretch out of it. I think this is going to turn out to be the prop - other than my mat - that I use most often. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solved my neck/back issues. Works great, 3 times a week *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2018* Make sure the rubber part is clean and in tact. If it's dirty with something like cat hair, it may slip...and your head will be the only thing stopping you. Any way, I got in a motorcycle accident 3 years ago, had some muscle issues between my blades causing a "tech neck" type situation. After 3 uses that went away, and I use it several times a week. My kid looks at me weird, but it feels so good.Good luck! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must have *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2018* This product is key. As a beginner I have had many difficulties hitting a variety of poses due to flexibility. The yoga wheel has helped me push those boundaries and hit poses I never thought I would be able to do. This is a great durable product helping me stretch my 200 plus pound body to new limits. The box has some great helpful poses and tips that I have been practicing as well. Both my fellow yogis and me enjoy using this wheel and would highly recommend to anyone trying to push themselves to new poses. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/74037328-yoga-wheel-by-iexhale-yoga-13-x-5-inches-purple](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/74037328-yoga-wheel-by-iexhale-yoga-13-x-5-inches-purple) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
