For our gelatin mixes, just mix with 2 cups of boiling water with powder, whisk and refrigerate for 4 hours or until gelatin sets. All of our gummy mixes are gluten-free, kosher, low-sodium and Whole Foods compliant. Simple Mixes Gummy Mix is available in Strawberry, Cherry and Lime and each case contains three cartons. Also available is our three count variety pack which includes one Strawberry, Cherry and Lime gummy mix. Review: The Cherry tastes the same as LEVO Tart Cherry but the Simple Mix cheaper and the texture is firmer, which I liked. The instructions could be better, the trick to infusing oil is allowing the mixture to cool for at least 5 minutes while stirring. I used 2 tbsp of infused oil per 3 oz package and none of the oil is separating after pouring into the molds. LEVO uses 4 tbsp per 6 oz package.
Review: The gummies tasted great; the mix is easy to use. My complaint is about the weeping the gummies do. I also would prefer if the directions included how much infused oil to use, perhaps just better directions in general.

The Cherry tastes the same as LEVO Tart Cherry but the Simple Mix cheaper and the texture is firmer, which I liked. The instructions could be better, the trick to infusing oil is allowing the mixture to cool for at least 5 minutes while stirring. I used 2 tbsp of infused oil per 3 oz package and none of the oil is separating after pouring into the molds. LEVO uses 4 tbsp per 6 oz package.
