A: The 2 minutes prep mix does ask for water plus1 tsp oil, I like grape seed oil for almost everything, I find olive oil overpowring and you loose the flavor of these wonderful bread.

A: There are no eggs listed in the ingredients but the label says that it is made on a line that handles egg powders so there may be some potential contamination by. Label also says suitable for vegetarians.
