I was so perplexed that maybe I was doing it wrong and double checked the instructions and had two other teachers check. No not me, crappy product! This is majorly disappointing as I'm a registered behavioral therapist working with toddlers that have autism, we all where excited and hugely let down! I had to do the best I could to try and make the situation better for my upset kiddos. Had to cut the bottom to make it fit the frame. I don't even know if I can get a refund now after doing that.
