Unlike some other bags they're flexible enough to squeeze ALL the air out through the valve -- and keep it out. After two weeks the tops are still all creased, the way I left them. This batch, at least, was airtight. Which makes those bags useless to me. The valves were also inconsistently placed. Humidity really mess s with the clean looking finish.
