Your "runtime" depends on how fast you take that energy out of the battery or how quickly you squeeze that sponge. Devices making more movement, light, heat, or sound= more energy=quicker squeeze of the sponge, quicker drain of the battery. The 75% factor is determined by the devices that wont function correctly below that energy level. Like when the water behind a dam is just barely high enough to reach the spillway for the hydroelectric turbines means not enough energy output even though there is still a lot of water behind the dam. **Q: Can you power a cpap while camping or during a power outage with this?** A: Assuming you are using a 12 volt portable CPAP - you would be far better off running it off the battery in your car. Most 12 volt CPAP's have a cigarette lighter plug to plu into your car. Portable CPAP's normally draw around 15 watts. This battery would get sluggish in only a couple hours at that rate - if that. Otherwise rent a campsite with electric.
