It's super cute. My daughter is 18 mos. around 23 lbs and is very tall for her age. I ordered the 18-24 mo size and it fits perfectly. Right to the ground but not too long. She won't trip on it. Now she can play Anna with her older sister who is obsessed with Elsa. Quality is very nice. Not scratchy. The waistband doesn't stretch so it won't fit forever, but it's great for now. Alsi, I'm a prime member so I usually don't buy from prime ineligible sellers but shipping was free and super fast. I'm giving it 2 stars only because my girls loved this dress so much. I ended up cutting the back and sewing in extra fabric and velcro.
