My local Barnes & Noble used to carry them, but even though the website says they are in stock in store, I am not finding them anymore. So I took a chance and ordered them here. I am pretty sure it's the same pen. So far, I have not noted any differences. Of course anyone that has written with them before, they have the same smooth Writech gel ink pen experience.
