Its VERY pretty to look at and it feels just as nice as it looks, I have no worries about it’s reliability and I’m sure it will last at least 10 years before needing any repair. To add to that it can be built in or on the counter. These things are all huge bonuses to me as I plan on keeping it a long time and I will be able to accommodate it into many different living situations. As for it’s performance, I have never seen anything like it. It is super powerful and truly heats so much more evenly then ANYTHING I’ve used to cook. It doesn’t turn vegetables to mush or make meat chewy. A good item to test a microwaves performance is a frozen burrito, if the outside gets super dry, or the outer layers are very hot with either random cold spots or a cold center it’s not a good one. This microwave achieves perfectly even heating throughout, no super hot or cold spots and the tortilla was perfectly cooked without getting dried out. The sensor seems to be very accurate as well but there are certain things it doesn’t do so well with and that’s clearly pointed out in the instructions, it may take a little to learn how to use it and get used to the different way it cooks, keep in mind it’s very powerful. To conclude my review that’s way to long, I consider this microwave an amazing investment and a great value. So here they are: W=23.9", H=14", and D= 19.4". You probably should add another inch to the depth to allow for the cord if you are installing it as a "built in". **Q: Can the kitchen timer be used while cooking in the microwave?** A: No, the timer cannot be used while cooking. Very disappointing, as my previous device could do both simultaneously. **Q: Is the interior also stainless steel or is it painted?** A: The current model is painted grey inside with an inadequate LED light. **Q: Does this microwave come with a trim kit for a built in cabinet use** A: The trim kit available does not fit this MW, nor does Panasonic make one. The trim kit is 24 3/4" wide but the MW is 24" wide. Ours was missing the manual (it came from Amazon warehouse), but it is a pretty easy microwave to figure out. The turn dial is a really neat change -- my husband and I both really like it. The interior is easy to clean. So far, we've tested quite a few sensor cook options, timed cook, milk/coffee, popcorn, and inv. Turbo defrost. They all seems to work really well. We haven't really had an issue with cold spots in reheated food, so that's great. Likewise, no issue with food being partially cooked during defrost. All in all, would recommend. Only complaint is that I wish that we could have gotten this microwave in a different color... the stainless steel (although easy to clean) shows EVERY fingerprint.
