The pillow arrived flat and hard (insert joke). Spent a few hours breaking up the memory foam from the hard clumps that make up the inside of the pillow and the pillow is still very chunky. I've purchased memory foam mattresses, bean bags, pillows before and I understand that they take time to expand but this pillow is of different nature. The memory foam seems like it is glued together not wanting to separate or expand. The only thing nice is the bamboo cover but even that I wish it had a zipper so I could get my hands inside to break up all the hard memory foam clumps. Very disappointing and not worth the money. It will be fine if you just want to look at a limp pillow and not use it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ READ ME!!!! *by M***V on Reviewed in the United States on February 1, 2019* Your pillow will come tightly folded in half. When you lay it flat it will RIP in half. Why? Because it's made out of 100% shredded foam! What MUST you do?! Wash in cold water, then dry on delicate. This pillow did not fluff back up after being pulled out of its vacuseal. But then I looked for instructions and found none. But a review titled Please read me showed me the way. I washed the pillow in cold water and it fluffed. After drying it on delicate, unfortunately I could still feel the middle seam where it was folded when I sat on it. I’m going to wash it again and give it another go but overall this was a bust.
