Review: Excellent - Excellent product. Only received yesterday and tried them out around my home. They fit well and are comfortable. I can feel the firm gentle pressure of them on my feet as I walk around and I have no doubt they will work as they are designed to. Very happy with purchase and recommend! However, as with any Reflexology treatments, and whilst Reflexology has many wonderful health benefits, and one being to improve circulation, for anyone in poor health or with foot ailments, it might be worth seeking advice from your GP or a Complimentary Health Practitioner, as there could be contraindications in using this product.

I think these are quite good. I was expecting more of a massage, whereas this is hard-ish pebbles. However, it does stretch out the muscles and tendons in the feet. It is not comfortable per se, but not painful either. I would probably recommend using socks the first few times. Once you get more used to it, they can be used for longer periods and barefoot.
