It will leave small clumps if you mix it with a spoon. Pros: Delicious and low carb. Silky smooth and rich. Cons: Does not mix well with a spoon. It doesn't smell super great before you add milk, but smells great once you add the milk (no idea why). It is NOT good for cold chocolate milk.
