No kit ever gives me everything I want but this is a great for the price.I would say this kit is reasonably complete for an automotive kit as is.I have something like 8 first aid kits built for various activities and areas including car, camping, backpacking, hiking, hunting, ATV's, the list goes on. My 4 sons are in scouts as well. I usually build my own or modify one. This is a great foundation with good basic supplies and a good case that allows for some expansion and good organization.If you find this review helpful please click Yes below.The case is well built and has 2 main compartments plus the fold out with one large pouch and two tool sleeves. I was able to add a lot to this kit almost doubling the amount of supplies it held. To buy a similar empty bag separately would cost close to the price of this kit.The included contents are all useful and of good quality and would cost at least double to buy separately.Some of the things I added were:More Band-Aids as the ones included are all the same medium-large size. I added knuckle, large, and small ones.Triple antibiotic ointment.Various medicines such as pain, allergy, stomach, etc.. No medicine included with this kit.a roll of vet wrap for splints, sprains, etc.Butterfly strips to close deep cutsA small basic Swiss Army knife for the tweezers, knife, and toothpick.A button flashlight.Mole skin for blisters.Disposable thermometers.Quick Stop bandage.Like I said, this is the best size and value I have found for a first aid kit and I fully expect to add contents whenever I buy a kit. My kit was missing an item and when I e-mailed the supplier they responded within hours to send me the missing item. Fantastic customer service! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Inexpensive but very capable first aid kit *by T***Y on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2016* This is a very nice first aid kit. One benefit to this kit I didn't realize until I received it but it does not contain any medication that will expire. What this means you can put it somewhere and "forget" it's there for years and still have a fully functioning kit. Of course you should still check it every so often and if you leave it in a hot car that may affect it. It is kinda big but I have it my work backpack which is more or less empty anyway. Things this doesn't have that you may want to consider::- OTC medications (and important prescription ones). Can buy a "refil" pack on amazon if you want convenience or just get creative with storing it yourself. Just keep track of expiration dates and remember to cycle them out as they get old.- Trauma kit. Essentially something that has quick clot to stop excessive bleeding.  Adventure Medical Kits Professional Trauma Pak Kit with QuikClot  is an inexpensive option (at time of writing that kit was $20 and just quikclot alone is $15).-  Israeli Bandage Battle Dressing First Aid Compression Bandage, 6 Inch  - while this kit comes with a compression bandage this supposedly is much easier to use in case you need to bandage up yourself.Really the most important item in that list that is commonly overlooked in a first aid kit is a trauma kit. To be honest my work backpack just has this and a trauma kit and that's all as far as first aid goes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great kit and and well worth the money. *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2015* I purchased this as an additional first aid kit for a work project I was doing with a small crew. A tourist was wandering around and tripped over a curb near where we were working and hit her head on a door and then fell backwards and hit her head on the sidewalk. She broke her nose in three places, broke out one or more front teeth, and had serious bumps on the head front and back. I ran over with the first aid kit and assisted a retired EMT who was assisting the woman who had fallen. The kit was pretty close to having everything that was needed except for instant cold packs which would have really helped but that fortunately another person had some. I had some trouble cutting with the scissors on one of the bandages but other than that it was really great to have. The EMT who did most of the work liked it too. Nice kit and I’m buying another one since the one I had bought is seriously depleted now.
