You can email them pics too. They are awesome and helping find the correct one and give detailed instruction sheet which when i ordered on in the past there was no instructions at all! I also got the New short snout style they offer and it fit our Shih Tzu perfect! We had tried the old style in the past and it didnt fit out dog well enough. I think there needs to be an adjustment for the top part of the head strap and a strap needs to be added to connect to the dog collar so that it does not move side to.
