We have used it for over 2 weeks and nho problems at all. Inigites easy and cooks evenly. Everything was with the stove we needed including a natural gas regulator. I highly recommend this Empava gas stove cooktop. A heck of a deal for the price. Just make sure you have some basic knowledge installing gas appliances.

Great cook top the two 180000 btu burners put out alot of heat. Cons is plastic knobs and the grates rust alittle. It also has low, medium, high heat not just medium and high like others are.
