Review: Good blender for everyday use. - Good product. Easy to clean. It’s compact so portable. Blend smoothly. Speed is ok ok as it blends perfect so no problem. Durability is good as I bought it in nov 25 and in 6 months no issues observed. Easy to blend fruits. Require water for blending not work on solids. Battery is the only issue as it requires some time to charge one time then it works for around 8-10 blends. For this price this is perfect.
Review: Product Not Working – No Response from Customer Care - The product has not been working for the last month. This company is fooling customers. I contacted the customer care team of QLECT several times, but they did not answer my calls or messages properly. I also purchased an extra 1-year warranty, but it has been completely useless. One time they answered my call and promised, “We will resolve your issue,” but after that they never replied again. Even the email ID mentioned on their official website seems fake because my emails are getting marked as spam. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will file a complaint against the company in Consumer Court for cheating and misleading customers.

Good product. Easy to clean. It’s compact so portable. Blend smoothly. Speed is ok ok as it blends perfect so no problem.
