A: I don't know the hitch ratings on the Denali but your gsxr 1000 weighs 374 lbs dry. So the bike carrier will definitely hold no problem. It will hold up to 600lbs. I use it for my 2000 Yamaha r1 which weighs 423lbs wet and have had no problems whatsoever.
