I bought it to wear with a hobbit costume. It is EXACTLY as described and pictured. Fit was as expected. There’s a lace front with a beautiful soft satin ribbon. Then on the side there’s a zipper closure. The zipper is very sturdy and it blends in well, you can’t really tell that it’s there. It was easy to get on because they ship it with the front already laced. So all you have to do is loosen the front and slide in through the side, and zip yourself in. I also like how there’s freedom in the size of the corset. Scroll to the video to see what I mean. The front “flap” underneath the ribbon is a couple inches wide so you can wear it tighter or looser and it will still look perfect. It will work for varying shoulder heights because the ribbons are not just decorative, they are all functional. So you can really make this corset fit exactly how you like it too. Overall I’m so happy with the quality and price.
